Mary is the Founder and Director of Mentor HR®, a personal leadership development and professional networking program sponsored by Northern Virginia SHRM and Dulles SHRM. Mary is also a Senior Program Manager at the MITRE Corporation where she directs corporate mentoring initiatives. She has 25 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational design and development.
Mary is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation and has additional training from the Strozzi Institute for Somatics®, Tiny Habits Academy®, and Designing Your Life®. Mary earned a Leadership Coaching Certificate from George Mason University, and holds a master’s degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech.
